The point of view determines how you look at the game and the story. What’s more, it determines how you experience the story. For this reason, the point of view decision is a turning point that radically affects the player’s perception of the game.

The first-person perspective is functional for being immersed in the world, but it is not the optimal angle for a tight team-play, as it prevents the player from connecting with the character’s body and is limited in discerning your surroundings.

A third-person perspective is ideal for connecting with both the game world and the character. It is stronger than the first person singular in terms of environmental awareness. Instead of focusing on your enemy’s face, you better perceive what is happening around you and the position of your opponents on you.
